Hello. We are Bey_Bey.

A Gentle Chaos.

BEY_BEY is a conversation between Beirut and the Yucatán, spoken through smoke, citrus, spice, and the slow, deliberate work of a wood fire. Led by Chefs Roberto Solís and Geoff Lee, the menu draws from mashawi and cocina de humo, two traditions that understand something essential: that flavor, like culture, is best when it’s shared, passed, and a little bit blurred at the edges. Here, plates are built for the table, not the individual.

The name comes from Beyte Beytak - my home is your home - and we take that seriously, but not too seriously. This is not a performance of hospitality; it’s the real thing. A place shaped by journeys, Beirut to Miami, Mérida to Sunset Harbour, where the night can start with a quiet dinner and accidentally become something else entirely. The fire stays on. The wine keeps moving. Somewhere between the first dish and the last pour, strangers become co-conspirators in the gentle chaos of sharing everything.

We hope you enjoy yourself here.
